I was quoted $1000 plus $400 in labor to replace a high pressure fuel pump in my kia. Couldnt afford it so had my car towed somewhere else. He said the pump is fine. Called Tire Choice back today and was told my fuel pump was never even tested. How do you give someone a quote (which i have in writing) on something you never confirmed was the issue????????? And then have the nerve to put in your notes that ai “picked up my car because I needed it” when it isnt even running???????? These plp are liars and crooks. I will be contacting their corporate office and requesting copies of our phone conversations for further proof. Wonder how many more plp they ripped off this way!!!!!

Just called (6/22/2026 @11:25am) requesting a price quote on 4 tires for my work car. First a girl puts me on hold. Then, another guy answers...I tell him him I'm looking for 4 tires 185/60R 15, and he hangs up. Well...moving on to a different & more professional tire company. I do NOT recommend them!!!

Amazing Amazing expertise and service. I had gone to Mavis tires to get a new tire. Their tech snapped the top of one of the lug nut casings. He then said the previous company torqued it too tight and there was nothing he could do. Yes, you heard correct. He snapped the lug nut casings off and could not remove the tire and just gave me my keys and said we cannot help. So I went to Tires Choice , and they were shocked to hear what happened. Then they went to work. They assessed it… then said we can help fix it…AND THEY DID!!! I applauded them and Praised God for sending me there! They gave me Awsome service and and a awsome price - which Mavis Tire will pay. Michael Robinette and team were…AMAZING

I had an outstanding experience at the 445 99th Ave N, St. Pete location! Mike, the manager, took care of my flat tire incredibly quickly and with top-notch professionalism. He made the whole process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. The level of customer service was truly amazing—friendly, attentive, and efficient. It’s not often you find someone who genuinely cares about helping customers the way Mike does. I highly recommend this location, and I’ll definitely be coming back for any future needs. Thank you again, Mike, for the excellent service! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

I want to thank everyone working at this location at Tires Choice. This is the second time that I have been there to get my tires replaced, and each time I have been I have been treated with nothing but the upmost respect and kindness from every mechanic and employee there. Mike, the manager, was especially respectful and helped me out in a very timely manner. I got my car back today from a tire replacement and noticed that I needed to get an alignment done also (was in a minor accident the night prior) he got it in and done in under 20 minutes. Genuinely can’t recommend them enough. Thank you to all!
